Are you ready to be part of the biggest level of social competition?
- You need to have an Xplosion Full pass or Xplosion Party pass for RITMO BERLIN BACHATA FESTIVAL
- Entry fee for competition costs 20 Euros
- Fill the Register form for the competition.
- After completing the registration form you will receive confirmation email.
- After that you will receive the Payment information.
Individual party passes / Day Pass will not be accepted for the competition.

First Elimination
- Round 1: All dancers perform simultaneously with different partners, judged individually by roaming judges.
Semi Finals
- Round 2: A judges’ table is introduced, with the audience seated on the sides and back.Dancers perform in pairs alphabetically, changing partners frequently while dancing both an open and a competition music.
Finals
- Dancers perform with the judges on the stage, showcasing their skills in front of an expert panel.
- It provides an opportunity for dancers to demonstrate their ability to adapt and excel, dancing alongside experienced judges who evaluate their technique, creativity, and interaction.
First Elimination
- Round 1: The judges gives points to each participants with a 1, 0.5 or 0. Persons with a top points will be moving to Semi Finals.
- Depends on the criteria 10 – 15 leader and 10 – 15 followers will be selected for Semi Finals.
Semi Finals
- Round 2: The judges will be given points based on the below Criteria,– Leading & Following (1-6).
– Asthetics and Visual art movement (1-3).
– Musicality (1-3).
– Interaction with a Partner (1-3). - Depending on the criteria the Highest points 4 Leader and 4 followers will be selected for Finals.
- Participants can vote for 3 of the best partners, which later receive additional score.
Finals
- Round 3: The judges will be dancing with the Finalists Leader Judges with Follower finalists and Follower judges with the Leader Finalists.
- Judges will point based on the same criteria as semi-finals which will decide on the 1st , 2nd and 3rd place of the Berlin Social Competition.
- Participants can vote for 3 of the best partners, which later receive additional score.
Leading & Following
Judges evaluate the dancers’ ability to seamlessly lead and follow, ensuring a fluid and connected performance.
Aesthetics and Visual Art Movements
The visual appeal and artistic expression of movements are assessed, highlighting the beauty and creativity in the dance.
Musicality
Dancers are judged on their ability to interpret and synchronize with the music, demonstrating rhythm and timing.
Interaction with Partner
The connection and interaction between partners are evaluated, focusing on chemistry and coordination.
- Finalists and semi-finalists will be qualified to the World Final in Warsaw.
- The World Finals are held in Warsaw during World Bachata Social Competition festival in November, where finalists and Semi Finalists from all over Europe compete for the championship title.
First Elimination
- Results will be announced (Around 18:30 – 19:00).
- You can check the results on Facebook Group, Whatsapp group & Instagram Page.
Semi Finals
- Results will be announced during the Finals at Saturday Party (Around 00:00 – 00:15).
- Request all Semi Finalist to be present during the Finals for result announcement.
Finals
- Final results will be announced at Saturday night party (Around 00:30 – 01:00).
